Samsung has a new development for all of us which they released through their own support site. The Galaxy S Relay 4G’s specifications has finally been deemed final. The new phone will be called Galaxy S Relay 4G with the model name SGH-T699. All the specifications have been shown on a recently leaked annotated picture. Sources say that T-Mobile USA will be the carrier of the phone ones the handset is released.
