Origin is no longer keeping gamers in the dark with the release of the new EON17-SLX in the market. Now, it is official! Origin came up with a laptop that is meant to give hardcore gamers a worthy gadget for their money.
The EON17-SLX is a 17-inch laptop housing an Ivy-bridge CPU. Users have the option to add a dual NVDIA GeForce GTX 680M or AMD Radeon HD 7970M. These additions could only assure optimum performance of your gaming unit.
Likewise, being meant for gaming purposes it runs on a 2.6 GHz processor speed and a big system RAM of a 4GB capacity and a 325GB hard drive capacity. Again, Origin designed the EON17-SLX forgaming purposes so it needs the space to house all its peripherals. Thus, the unit can be a little bulky with the following dimensions of 1.95” x 12.26” x 16.5”.
The dual-wielding GPU is meant to address the graphic card of the new EON17-SLX making it perfect for playing games. This warrants graphics rending to run in parallel making it run at least 30% faster than just having a single video card running. It is not only about increasing the amount of memory for greater speed but it allows for better delivery of images.
