The CordLite, an illuminated charger made especially for iPhones, iPods and iPads for the moment is a charging cable that provides light to gadget owners. CordLite’s body is made up of firm plastic while the touch plates are made of aluminium.
So how does it work? Its work is very simple. It lightens up once an owner picks up, touches or holds its aluminium plates. This touch design does not require any switch or button to function with it. Once the chord is securely attached to the device, the light automatically shuts down.
According to manufacturers, CordLite chargers will be available in two colors, black and white. The project is expected to finish in June and CordLite will be available in the market in September 2012 at a starting retail price of $ 35.
