Google, the giant search engine has come up with a Google Plus version for tablet PCs and by this Google expects that this new and upcoming feature will uphold the struggling Google+ against Facebook, the giant social networking site. The search engine made announcements regarding some major upgrades to its social networking site, the Google+ and these announcements were made in the Google I/O Conference at San Francisco.
So, Google has come up with a new version which is specified and specifically designed for tablets PCs and is featured as new events app. And about sometime ago, Google did announce one of its tablets called the Nexus 7. Well, this version for the tablets is accorded with some amazing as well as stunning features. It is well-designed with a design specified for tablets and features a content stream in which the content is based on popularity, type and orientation.
One of the most amazing features of this new upgraded version is that it detects and displays the pictures of the user who is talking. This version grants a crisper text format and also displays the photos in a tablet optimized way. It is user friendly and provides easy access to tapping actions. This tablet version of the Google’s social networking site is made available for Android and the version for iPad is to be here soon. However, some new upgrades were aimed into the new events app named as the Google+ Events and this is something which aims to connect to the consumer before, during and after the event.
This new application supports Google Calendar by which the user can see all the events created and planned on the calendar. This app can be put in use in order to create fancy, animated invitations during the host of an event so that the day becomes special. During the course of the event, the guests having the “party mode” turned on in the app will be capable of sending images to an event presentation site from their phone itself. These images can be viewed on a slideshow or can be sorted on grounds of popularity, photography, etc.
