Everyone knows Lamborghini being a well-known car maker in the world. Understanding the growing demand for android devices, the company made a huge turn in deciding to venture out to a totally different market. The Italian company is set to release three devices which bear the auto-maker Lamborghini family name. These devices are labeled as TL688 Spyder, TL700 smartphone, and L2800 tablet. All of the three devices are packed in a ritzy set giving customers an experience of the gold chassis or gorgeous crocodile feel.
The TL688 Spyder handset sports a QVGA display of 2 x 2.4 inches, dual camera of 3 and 5 megapixels, storage capacity of 4GB, and a connectivity of GPRS and EDGE. The main selling factor is its leather finish and the gold plate which is hand made.
The TL700 smartphone works on an Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It has a crystal clear 3.7” HVGA screen display. An unrevealed Qualcomm CPU nestles underneath the luxurious chassis. Furthermore, it has an internal memory of 4GB, a battery unit of 1,400mAh, dual cameras, front VGA shutter and rear 5.0 MP shutter.
The L2800 tablet runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread which can be upgraded into the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It is powered by Qualcomm’s single-core CPU and is clocked at 1.2 GHz. Moreover, it has 512MB RAM, rear camera of 5.0 megapixels and front camera of 2.0 megapixels, and a microSD slot.
The Lamborghini TL688 Spyder costs anywhere between 60,000 to 70,000 RUB while the Lamborghini TL700 is priced at 90,000 RUB (US$ 2,750). Likewise, the Lamborghini L2800 tablet is sold at $ 2,290. The trio will arrive in the Russian market sometime in late August.
