Merely two hours ago, Google launched its April Fools’ Day prank which features a full view of Google Maps in 8-bit, which you can later on port to a NES cartridge, so you can play it on those decade old family computer. See how it was made here.
Thanks to the tips we’re receiving, it appears there’s so much more to this than actually seeing the map in eight-bit form. As it turns out, Big G put several ‘easter eggs’ within the diagram as well. Naturally, gamers are here to put their eyes ‘keen-on’ and look for all the secrets on the map. Some of the pics that were sent on our mail are listed below.

By the way, you can also go “street view” by dragging that ‘guy’ on the zoom bar, all the way to the map (toggled by blue points) — although the images you’ll see aren’t transformed in 8-bit. Feel free to comment if you found other goodies on the new map!
Update 1: A forumer from Gaf sent us these images. Plus, a bonus picture which appears to be real-life map images transformed into eight-bit.
